My journey at CrestOptics began in June 2025 as a Manufacturing Technician in the ODM department. Coming from a different background, the field of microscopy was completely new to me, but right from the start, I met many exceptional colleagues who helped me settle into this new reality. Thanks to their daily support, I have found a serene and stimulating work environment that allows me to face every day with confidence and harmony.
Before arriving here, my work experience was completely different from what I do at CrestOptics. I worked for a company in the automotive sector, where I started out as an Electronics Technician. This opportunity allowed me to acquire solid skills in both repairing and designing electronic boards, which I combined with IT skills by managing the entire IT infrastructure firsthand. Over time, my curiosity, initiative, and desire to challenge myself led me to grow into a managerial role, taking on the management and coordination of various company departments.
Today at CrestOptics, I put this valuable wealth of knowledge to good use, tackling the challenges of my current role with enthusiasm and a constant drive to learn. I hope to become a point of reference for my colleagues in the future and support them just as they supported me.
Outside of work, my strong passion for technology continues to accompany me in my free time. I also love to travel, especially on weekends, to recharge my batteries and start the work week fresh.
