Pancreas tumor cells in fiber-based 3D scaffold

Acquisition @ Scuola di Microscopia 2019, in collaboration with Crisel Instruments srl

Pancreas adenocarcinoma tumor cells (BxPC-3) expressing a GFP cytoplasmatic target and grown on VITVO 3D bioreactor tool (matrix volume: 4 cm2 (area) x 400 µm (thickness)) developed by Rigenerand that can be used for a large number of research applications and pre-clinical investigations. Sample were acquired with CrestOptics Confocal Spinning disk and a maximum intensity Z-projection is shown.
