We are looking for an enthusiastic junior imaging specialist based in Rome, who will have a role within the Sales and Marketing team and who will collaborate with the Product Development team.
The main responsibilities are:
- Performing imaging acquisitions with CrestOptics branded microscopes and post-processing imaging analysis
- Close scientific collaboration with researchers, customers and companies to explore new application fields
- Supporting the Product Development team on current and future products, including testing and the generation of reports
- Collaboration to produce imaging/scientific contents suitable for the corporate website and social media accounts
The ideal candidate for this position must have:
- BSc or MSc in life sciences
- Experience in fluorescence microscopy
- Good spoken and written English. Additional languages are a plus
- Ability to cooperate with different professional figures within the team
Desirable skills:
- Experience with imaging analysis
- Experience in specimen preparation
